"I initially worked with Wyatt when purchasing a home last February. He was extremely professional, genuine, knowledgeable and warm, which attested to his maturity given how young he is. Due to his friendly flow pattern, he has an impressive ability to negotiate without coming across as overly aggressive. The purchase was a 7-day close and we had zero issues. I owned the home that I moved from into the home that I purchased from him and listed it with another agent for 3 months and it did not sell. I waited for the market to go back up in our community and worked with Wyatt and his partner Ronnie the second time around. They nailed the staging as well as the marketing strategy. He got approximately 75 walk throughs on the day of the first and only open house and we got 5 offers immediately.
