GOTOHOME™ Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between GOTOHOME™ and all Members utilizing the platform and related services. By registering, subscribing, creating a Member page, accepting introductions, or otherwise participating in the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Member: Any licensed professional, brokerage, individual, or entity registered with or participating in the GOTOHOME™ and/or CaliforniaGO™ platform in any capacity.

LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ Member: A Member maintaining an active paid LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ subscription in good standing.

FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ Member: A Member participating under the FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ structure.

Customer: A consumer introduced through the GOTOHOME™ and/or CaliforniaGO™ platform.

GOTOHOME™ Referred Customer: A Customer introduced, referred, connected, pre-qualified, or otherwise directed to a Member by GOTOHOME™, CaliforniaGO™, or its representatives.

Qualified Customer: A Customer who completes a transaction.

2. Description of Services

GOTOHOME™ provides marketing and membership services which may include:

Directory placement
Profile hosting
Marketing exposure
Consumer introductions
City-based placement opportunities
Access to participation and referral programs

GOTOHOME™ does not guarantee leads, transactions, commissions, income, business volume, or specific results.

3. Changes to Agreement

GOTOHOME™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Membership Term

Membership subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

5. Member Requirements

Members must maintain all applicable professional licenses, remain in good standing with their governing regulatory bodies, and provide accurate and current information to GOTOHOME™.

Members are solely responsible for compliance with all local, state, federal, broker, MLS, licensing, advertising, and regulatory requirements applicable to their profession.

6. CaliforniaGO™ Buyer Incentive Participation

Certain transactions originating through the GOTOHOME™ and/or CaliforniaGO™ platform may include a consumer-facing buyer incentive component.

Applicable buyer incentive participation requirements apply solely to licensed real estate agents and real estate brokerages participating in applicable buyer-side real estate transactions.

Any participating real estate Member who accepts, receives, services, or participates in a transaction involving a Customer originating through the GOTOHOME™ and/or CaliforniaGO™ platform agrees to offer a buyer credit equal to 10% of the gross commission earned on eligible buyer-side transactions, subject to:

Broker approval
Escrow procedures and instructions
Lender guidelines
Applicable law and regulatory requirements

Any applicable buyer credit shall be disclosed and processed through escrow by the participating brokerage and escrow company.

GOTOHOME™ does not hold, distribute, or disburse commission funds or buyer credits.

Loan Officers, Loan Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Loan Originators, and other lending professionals are excluded from buyer incentive participation obligations except where expressly permitted by applicable law and agreed to separately in writing.

Members acknowledge that all commission structures, buyer credits, and transaction-related compensation remain subject to the policies of the Member’s employing broker and all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Referral Fees

Certain real estate transactions involving GOTOHOME™ Referred Customers may require payment of a referral fee to GOTOHOME™.

Applicable referral fee obligations apply solely to licensed real estate agents and real estate brokerages participating in applicable real estate transactions.

Unless otherwise waived or modified in writing by GOTOHOME™, participating FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ Members who accept, receive, service, or participate in a transaction involving a GOTOHOME™ Referred Customer shall be required to pay a referral fee equal to 5% of the gross commission earned by the participating real estate brokerage on the applicable side of the transaction.

A 5% broker-to-broker referral fee payable to GOTOHOME™ applies to all applicable referred transactions. Referral fees are due upon successful closing in accordance with platform Terms, broker approval, escrow procedures, and executed referral agreements.

Participating Members may be required to deliver a signed referral fee agreement to broker@gotohome.com upon introduction or delivery of a Customer referral.

Listing-side exemption: GOTOHOME™ referral fee obligations do not apply to listing-side commissions earned from listings independently generated by the Member, unless otherwise agreed to separately in writing.

Loan Officers, Loan Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Loan Originators, and other lending professionals are excluded from referral fee participation requirements except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Referral fee obligations do not apply to Members maintaining an active LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ subscription in good standing unless otherwise agreed to separately in writing.

All referral fees remain subject to broker approval, escrow procedures, licensing regulations, and applicable law.

8. City Structure

Featured city placement is currently limited to:

3 Realtors per city
3 Loan Professionals per city

FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ city placement is further limited to one Realtor per city for registrations through December 31, 2026, as a limited-time exclusivity benefit.

FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ city exclusivity applies solely within the FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ tier itself and does not restrict GOTOHOME™’s ability to offer, sell, or activate LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ or any other current or future membership tier to additional Realtors in the same city, subject to the per-city Realtor limit described above.

Availability is determined solely by GOTOHOME™ and may change at any time.

8A. Legacy Status

LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ Members may receive Legacy Status recognition and display a Legacy badge within the platform.

Legacy Status recognizes professionals who committed early to supporting the growth and expansion of the GOTOHOME™ and CaliforniaGO™ network through LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ participation.

Legacy recognition may include enhanced positioning, visibility benefits, participation advantages, or other promotional considerations as determined solely by GOTOHOME™.

8B. Pinnacle Status

Pinnacle Status may be achieved by Members who make exceptional contributions to the expansion and development of the GOTOHOME™ and CaliforniaGO™ network through professional referrals, participation, and platform growth.

Pinnacle Status is currently achieved upon activation of 20 referred Members.

Both LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ Members and FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ Members may qualify for Pinnacle Status.

Eligible Members may receive Pinnacle badge recognition and related promotional considerations as determined solely by GOTOHOME™.

9. Brokerage & City Limits

One Member per brokerage per city
Members may represent only one city at a time unless otherwise approved in writing

10. Membership Plans, Fees & Billing

FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™

$99 due today — one-time setup fee only. No monthly or annual subscription while this offer remains available.

Available for registrations through December 31, 2026, as a limited-time offer. Founding Members are featured as the only Realtor holding a FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ in their chosen California city, subject to availability, and may not be available once initial participation thresholds have been reached. This exclusivity applies to the FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ tier only; GOTOHOME™ may offer LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ or other membership tiers to additional Realtors in the same city at any time.

Available exclusively to California Licensed Realtors. Loan Professionals must enroll under LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™.

FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ includes:

Professional Member page within the GOTOHOME™ platform
Ability to receive direct inquiries submitted through the Member’s individual page
Inclusion in the GOTOHOME™ professional network
Exclusive Realtor placement in the Member’s chosen California city, subject to availability
Success-based referral fee due only when a GOTOHOME™ Referred Customer’s transaction closes with the Member — no fee obligation on inquiries or referrals that don’t close
Eligibility to earn Pinnacle Status through qualifying Member referrals
No listing-side referral fee on listings independently generated by the Member

A 5% broker-to-broker referral fee payable to GOTOHOME™ applies to all applicable referred transactions. Members also agree to the buyer credit terms described in Section 6.

LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™

$298 due at registration ($199 setup fee + first month)

$99/month thereafter
Initial 3-month commitment required. Following the initial term, membership renews automatically on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Available to Loan Professionals.

LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ includes:

Featured city placement within the GOTOHOME™ network
Participation in the CaliforniaGO™ pre-screened homebuyer lead distribution system
Priority routing consideration for eligible CaliforniaGO™ buyer registrations
Enhanced member visibility and promotional positioning
Priority consideration for future marketing campaigns
Access to platform participation and invitation programs
One city representation opportunity
Legacy Status recognition and Legacy badge eligibility
Eligibility to earn Pinnacle Status through qualifying Member referrals
No GOTOHOME™ referral fee obligations while membership remains active and in good standing
No listing-side referral fee on listings independently generated by the Member

11. Auto-Renewal & Billing

LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ Members authorize automatic recurring billing unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ is a one-time fee with no recurring billing while this offer remains available.

Members are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

GOTOHOME™ reserves the right to modify pricing, membership structures, or included services prospectively at any time.

LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ Members in good standing will receive advance notice of material pricing changes where applicable.

12. No Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable, including the FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ one-time setup fee. All sales are final.

13. Cancellation

For LEGACY FEATURED MEMBERSHIP™ Members, a minimum of 10 days notice prior to the next billing cycle is required for cancellation requests. FOUNDING CALIFORNIAGO MEMBERSHIP™ has no recurring billing cycle and therefore no cancellation is required; the one-time setup fee remains non-refundable regardless of membership activity.

14. Legal

Standard legal provisions including limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, and applicable governing law apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

GOTOHOME™ reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
