One-time setup fee only — that’s it.
Register now as our only Founding CaliforniaGO Member — one Realtor and one Loan Professional per California city (subject to availability). Founding registration for a given city closes on December 31, 2026 or as soon as that city’s Realtor and Loan Professional slots are filled, whichever happens first. This one-Realtor/one-Loan-Professional limit applies only within the Founding CaliforniaGO Membership™ tier. You will not necessarily be the only Member in your city — GOTOHOME™ may activate Standard Featured Membership™ Realtors and Loan Professionals in the same city at any time, before, during, or after your registration.
Founding Member pricing and Founding-tier city placement are available for a limited number of California Realtors and Loan Professionals and may not be available once initial participation thresholds have been reached.

  • Your Member Page displays your direct contact information, so prospects can call you directly — and when a homebuyer completes CaliforniaGO™ registration from your individual Member Page, that prospect is sent to you immediately
The following apply to Real Estate Agents only:
  • Inclusion in GOTOHOME™’s round-robin distribution of CaliforniaGO™ homebuyer registrations, in addition to your individual Member Page. These registrations come from CaliforniaGO.org — our #1 marketed page for attracting homebuyers — and are pre-vetted for qualification before being distributed to Founding and Standard Members.
  • Success-based fee: 5% of your commission, due only when a CaliforniaGO™-connected buyer’s transaction closes with you
  • Buyer commission credit: you agree to credit 10% of your commission back to the buyer we connect you with, applied at closing
  • No fee obligation on inquiries or referrals that don’t close
Founding CaliforniaGO Membership™ registration for a given city is available through December 31, 2026, or until that city’s Founding slots are filled, whichever happens first. GOTOHOME™ may open additional Founding registration in cities that have not yet reached full participation. No monthly or annual renewal fees apply during the Founding period. This membership plan ends June 30, 2027, at which time all Founding CaliforniaGO Members will be offered the option to convert to Standard Featured Membership™ in their same city or any available city.

City Placement Availability
GOTOHOME™ limits participation to a maximum of 3 Realtors and 3 Loan Professionals per city under standard membership. Founding CaliforniaGO Membership™ is limited to one Realtor and one Loan Professional per city, available through December 31, 2026 or until filled, whichever occurs first. Availability is determined by city, professional category, brokerage representation, licensing status, and current Member participation levels.

Our Own Listings Step Aside for You
In cities where no Realtor or Loan Professional Member is yet registered, GOTOHOME™ may feature its own founder listing to keep the platform active for consumers. That listing is automatically removed within 24 hours once you register — GOTOHOME™’s own listings are never counted toward city availability, and never compete with a paying Member.
