    "We contacted Briant as a result of meeting him at a local open house he was managing. We owned a vacation home in Dana Point and since we were new to the area he was extremely helpful in offering advice over the last year as to the local vendors, restaurants and the many activities available in the area. He also kept us regularly informed of any real estate transactions that may be of interest.
