We’ve set aside a sizable equity share percentage for partners that can contribute in the following ways:

Marketing help to reach California Licensed Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers and have them register as Featured Agents with us.   This keeps our doors open and helps us grow as a company.

Marketing help to reach prospective California Homebuyers and have them sign  up through our exclusive California Homebuyers Network were they receive a generous closing cost credit of up to $10,000 when they purchase a home using a Featured Real Estate Agent and apply for a home loan with a Featured Loan Officer.  This are our bread and butter as they become leads for our paying agents.

Investors Welcome.  If you would like to invest as a revenue and or equity share partner, we’re open to discussing something that works for all parties.
