Launch Phase (Phase One – City Buildout)

GoToHome™ is onboarding approximately 500 Realtors — one per city. During this launch phase, approved First-In-City Realtors may be eligible to participate in the Legacy Partner Program by helping complete the statewide buildout.

Legacy Partners are encouraged to invite other qualified Realtors during this phase to accelerate platform growth.

Members invited during the launch phase do not generate revenue share while membership remains free; however, once such invited Members convert to paid membership, they may be credited toward applicable Legacy equity qualification thresholds, subject to program terms.


Paid Membership Phase (Phase Two)

Once one Realtor is established in each targeted city, GoToHome™ intends to transition to a paid membership model for newly registering Realtors and Loan Officers.

During this phase:

• Eligible Legacy Partners may earn ten percent (10%) of membership subscription fees collected from paying Members they personally invite
• Qualifying Legacy Partners may also become eligible to participate in up to twenty-five percent (25%) of gross proceeds from a future sale or liquidity event, if one occurs
• Revenue and equity participation are performance-based, limited, and subject to program terms

Realtors and Loan Officers invited during this phase who register as paying Members may generate ongoing revenue participation and additional equity qualification credit, provided all eligibility requirements are satisfied.


🧭 GoToHome™ Growth Roadmap

GoToHome™ is being developed in intentional stages to ensure long-term strength and sustainable growth.

Phase One: Foundation & Positioning (Current Phase)

• One Realtor per city during initial rollout
• Focus on statewide representation and network expansion
• No platform-funded buyer marketing campaigns during this stage
• Members should not anticipate homebuyer lead volume during buildout

Phase One is designed to establish trusted representation before activating large-scale promotion.


Phase Two: Marketing Activation & Lead Generation

Once approximately one Realtor is secured in each city (or approximately 80% statewide capacity):

• Paid memberships begin
• City capacity expands to 3 Realtors + 3 Loan Professionals
• Membership revenue funds targeted digital marketing campaigns
• Buyer traffic initiatives are deployed statewide

This is when platform-driven lead generation is intended to scale.

GoToHome™ is intentionally building the structure first — then activating the marketing engine.

Early Members secure positioning and eligibility before broader exposure begins.


Referral Attribution

Legacy Partners may invite professionals through conversation, email, text, or by directing them to GoToHome.com.

New registrants are asked how they heard about GoToHome™, and referral attribution is reviewed and confirmed by GoToHome™ in accordance with internal verification procedures. Use of a personal referral link provided through the Member portal is recommended but not required.
