"I had an amazing experience in selling my home and purchasing my dream home (never thought possible) on the Lake that could have easily all been lost if I had not had the right agent by my side always one step ahead with attention to every detail! Kent Brostroem did not wait on others find solutions to the inevitable issues that arise in home negotiations! He’s an expert. Very respectful of all and very experienced. His professionalism comes through in every detail, every word specifically chosen on each form. His expansive knowledge is apparent very quickly as he is current with all laws and rules on all subject matters that arose! There were several hurdles to overcome in my dual buy/sell negotiation/transactions and he respectfully checked in and took that “pause” every step of the way to make sure it was MY decision to continue to move forward when and if I was ready and as long as I was he was willing to put in incredible unceasing effort and make it happen! Kent has a great team and he also provided all of the resources that I needed even after closing. He was able to put me in contact with key people in my new HOA, a tax advocate in the new county, a reliable handy man and much more! He goes above and beyond. The kind of obstacles I encountered could have easily made either or both of the transactions fall apart and I truly believe would have had Kent not handled them. There’s a-lot that I too do these days all online including shopping almost exclusively with Amazon because I work a lot but I can tell you no online real estate do-it-yourself etc could have ever pulled these negotiations off! These were a full time job for a few months! Kent and SoCalHomez earned every dime PLUS! This was the only cost I felt worth it to gladly pay! Today you don’t usually get much for what you pay.
