I am a graduate of Texas A&M University. I taught High School in Texas for 5 years, where I also coached the gymnastic teams and ran the girls drill team. I moved to Long Island, New York in when my husband took a job there, and started my Real estate career with Coldwell Banker. In then my husband was transfered to California, where I became a loan officer and was in financing for 6 years. I was given the honor of affiliate of the year. Then I went to work for Kaufman and Broad, a new home developer. I completed two subdivisions with them and then went back to work for Coldwell Banker on the West Coast. A custom home builder asked me to help him sell a 44 home subdivision in Morgan Hill, which we completed. I moved to Remax Valley Properties and was a top producer there. When I was recruited by EXIT Realty Keystone. I have seen slow markets fast moving markets. scarcity markets and over supply markets. I have seen markets where everyone you know is a realtor and markets where the banks think they are realtors.
