If you are in the market to buy or sell a home call Jason first. He will take his time and explain the whole process for you. Everyone will be nervous about buying their first home. Jason’s patience, understanding, and knowledge will guide you to make the best decision for your situation. It took us some time find our dream home and Jason was always a phone call away ready to answer any questions. We always wanted nice house and did not care much for a good neighborhood. Jason meticulously gave us the pros and cons for both but the final decision is always ours. Without a great comp (real estate worth analysis) you will likely be lost by the crazy so cal pricing. Again Jason printed up document and gave us a realistic price of what to offer and what to expect. We never had any surprises since we knew ahead what will occur. Less stress due to great information and guidance by Jason. We ended up putting an offer in for a nice house and a beautiful neighborhood.
Once our offer is accepted there’s escrow, home inspection, appraisal, and loan docs that needs to be completed. We felt like the stars need to align properly in order for us to make the purchase. So lost and confused on the next few steps, but Jason gave us all the right contacts with quality results. In the end we were in touch with all the right people to make our purchase as smooth a ship on calm waters.
